Hi, I am Nikki,

As a busy woman who has struggled to achieve my own health and wellness goals, I understand the challenges you're facing.

That's why, with over 7 years of experience as a Level 5 Certified Nutrition Coach, my mission is to help women like you lose weight, boost self-confidence, and build life-changing habits.

My journey led me to become a Personal Trainer, Diabetes Management Specialist, Disordered Eating Specialist, Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Nutrition Psychology Coach, and Menopause Coach.

With this expertise, I'm dedicated to empowering women to lose weight, rediscover unstoppable self confidence, and build better habits that serve them for the rest of their lives.

Having faced disordered eating, weight loss struggles, and poor health and mental wellbeing habits myself, I can personally empathise with the obstacles you're facing. This understanding allows me to work closely with clients, creating personalised strategies that fit unique lifestyles and schedules.

What is online coaching?

You tell me what you want to do. I will help you do it. Firstly, I will learn about your lifestyle, likes, dislikes, needs, and specific goals. Then, over the course of the time we work together, I will give you everything you need to look, feel, and perform better than you ever thought possible. If you are anything like me, you have probably tried multiple diet and workout programs. And you have concluded that they simply do not work.

Instead of the “all or nothing” crash dieting approach, I use a sustainable, educational approach to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.

The result? You will lose the weight (and inches) you have not been able to shed for years. You will have more energy than ever before. You will feel your best mentally and physically, and you will build physical strength and find new confidence in your body.

I know what to do... but I have a hard time staying consistent.

When life gets busy and responsibilities at home or work pile one on top of the other, it is easy to let our health and fitness slip. The weeks/years go by and we do not even realize how much our health has declined.

For most of us, there comes a time when we realize things must change. The light bulb moment of clarity.

When it is time to turn things around and start a new health and fitness program, however, it can be difficult to know what to do next. And staying motivated is hard… Especially if you try to do it all on your own. That is where I come in. My goal is to help you become your best version yet by giving you all the accountability you need

Do I need to be really good at technology?

I have an easy-to-use online platform - if you can search a website, you can use the coaching platform! It’s that easy, and with my personal guidance you’ll have all the support you need.

How much contact do I have with you?

With options for weekly online video calls, mid-week check ins, and personal messaging support, there are multiple points of contact throughout a client’s week. We will track everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you have made.
